About Me

Hi, my name is Riva. I was named after Italian yachts made of wood. In Italian, 'Riva' is where the water meets the land. I’m an artist and a theater creator. You’ve also probably heard my voice on TV. I believe there is not one path, only YOUR path, and it is your job to wander it with reverence.

8 months!! She prefers parties over strolls to the park, and cried when we accidentally played Hanson :). She loves to pick all the buds off of her broccoli, is desperately trying to learn to crawl, and is the MOST FUN TOY EVER ☺️

My kitchen is a mess, piles of dirty bottles, food everywhere, the breakfast dishes are still on the table, but I just spent an hour blow drying my hair :) #priorities digging this new cut by the incomparable @curlyred_gal 😘#breaksoverbabysawake

I was doing a show at Second City and a CBC radio producer at the show and was like, “Oh, you have a good voice, you should do some radio dramas,” and that’s how I started. 7 months 💕 She loves playing instruments at music class, reading books and lounging in her unicorn bathrobe (c/o @thejacquimalouf 😘). She also LOVES going out and being social, but at home she's often in her own little world and acts surprised to see us! I think she thinks she lives alone... 🤷‍♀️
